I had the sweetest 3.5 week old come in to my studio 2 weeks ago for her newborn portraits and she was so beautiful!

Her mama requested a white colored blanket and I had fun picking out the colors for her setups. One of the perks of an older baby is they usually have such beautiful skin! No longer red or jaundiced or the newborn acne. Her skin was perfection. It takes longer to get these older babies to sleep and some poses are no longer achievable because they’re not as flexible but I never want to turn away a parent’s chance to have their baby’s sweet face captured.
