Mr Dylan was brought in to see me for Newborn portraits and man, was he cute!! His momma asked for beige, grey and blues. He was such a good model for me and slept amazing. I love his little foot dangling off the bed against the wood backdrop and he’s as cute as a button all wrapped up like a burrito on the grey setup. Newborn sessions are such a relaxing photoshoot for me. Parents come in, feed baby and while we wait for baby to sleep, we get to talk or relax and as soon as baby is milk drunk past out, I get to work 🙂

How gorgeous is this baby girl! Momma asked for lots of pink and she just looked too cute in each and every one of her setups. Want to hear a secret? The baby on the swing is completely photoshopped 🙂 I am allllll for keeping baby completely safe during every newborn shoot and this is one I wouldn’t want to risk for baby to fall off of, so photoshop is the way to do that 🙂 For every newborn session, I start off with parents undressing baby and checking if they’re hungry. More often than not, they gladly take the chance at a feeding! Once they’re fed and passed out into a milk coma, i get to working on the posing station with all of the soft blankets and last is props (well, family photos if they’re wanting those) 🙂 I really am so honored to work with the tiny newborns that come to see me and so blessed to be a newborn photographer here In San Antonio.
