I have been photographing all of the grandchildren that have been born from this family so I was naturally very thrilled that the newest addition would be coming in to have his pictures taken by me! Sweet Blake did not disappoint. Not only is he adorable, but he was such a sweetheart for me. We got plenty of baby pictures of him alone and then captured him and his parents cuddling with him. I was obsessed with miss Elliette’s Newborn session. She is just perfection! Her mom asked for Elliette’s session to have light pinks, mauve, green and white and I had a ton of fun with setting up this session. She was so cooperative and lovely! We had mom and dad join in for some parent photos and she even flashed a little smile! It just melted me 🙂 I hope you enjoy looking at these newborn pictures. She deserves all of the attention 🙂

Miss Alayna came in to see me at 6 weeks old. Its a lot older than my norm, but I am not one to turn away a baby who is needing their sweet face captured. With an older baby, it’s important to use the tips i give for a successful session and I’m very happy her parents did them and she slept great! She had moments of being wide eyed, but luckily with some patience, I was able to get her back to sleep. Her mommy asked for reds (along with pinks) and I was in love since it isn’t a color commonly requested 🙂 This chunk was 11lbs when she came in and it made for the best pictures of her squishy cheeks!

I was able to photograph Ariyan just a few months ago while he was still in his mommy’s tummy (it counts, right). He came in at 9 days new and was so squishy and adorable. His parents were over the moon excited for this session and actually brought in props for him (I didn’t share those, but trust me, they were really cute). They did ask for some soft blues, grey and white colors and his color scheme was just perfect on him. I really loved having him in front of my camera (Again).

So glad they chose me to be their newborn (and Maternity) photographer!

Mr Aiden came in to see me at 6 days new and was so soft and fresh. I love these fresh babies who come in so early. They’re so squishy and sleepy. It’s just so fun to work with them and pose these cuties into these poses. And that’s exactly how Aiden was. Just perfect and lovely! I actually had the joy of photographing his big sister as well who joined in for some adorable sibling pictures. His mama works for Southwest Airlines and requested that I photograph him with my newborn sized airplane. He looked adorable 🙂

I had the joy and pleasure of photographing miss Kahmilah when she was still in her mommy’s tummy just a few months ago and I had so much fun at that session. She spent some time in the NICU and came in to see me at 28 days new. She is just perfection and just as gorgeous as her momma! My favorite image is of her with the little white bed and the dream lighting…. it’s just so angelic and dreamy 🙂
