I had a hard time choosing just a handful of photos to share but since I simply don’t share enough parent photos and this couple was gorgeous, I needed to share more parent photos than my usual. Manely had chosen her maternity gowns prior to her session but when she arrived, I asked her if she would model a new maternity gown that had arrived at my studio and thankfully she said yes! Turns out, she absolutely loved the gown. So much that she decided to wear it for 2 of her backdrops instead of the others! 🙂 She was so beautiful!

Brittany is such a sweet soul. Not even just the sweetest person you could meet, but obviously gorgeous as well. She was also one of those people who was so down to earth you just knew she makes for an amazing friend. She chose to have a studio maternity session here in my studio and rocked her session. She chose to use my gowns for her session (all of my clients choose their gowns by viewing them on my website and then emailing me the gowns they’d like prepped and ready for them). One of my favorite parts of photographing little ones at their cake smash session is seeing their huge smiles and facial expressions. It’s so fun to see what makes them giggle. Some look at my like I’m crazy when I fake a sneeze or play peek a boo, and I love seeing parents just thru hoops (almost literally) to get a huge smile. It’s also fun to see the cute outfits parents bring in. For this particular session, I brought out some outfits that I keep on hand for clients who arent too in love with they have and this sweet girl looked amazing in everything. i’m so happy they chose me to be their San Antonio Photographer 🙂

I feel like every pregnant mama just radiates joy and beauty. There really is something that’s just amazing about a pregnant mom. I met Amelia at Brackenridge park in San Antonio for her maternity session and we had the most fun. Gorgeous weather and a beautiful couple made this a dream session. She brought in 2 of her own dresses and used one of my maternity gowns, a black one with a slit on the bottom. I love how it flows open around her.

Athena’s 1st Birthday session was so fun! Full of smiles and her outfits were so cute. Her parents chose to skip the traditional cake smash, but it was fun to see her go from each prop with a smile. She loved looking at her parents make goofy faces and get the smiles out of her. All props are provided by me. Parents are of course able to bring in things of their own if they want a specific look, but I huge assortment of props, pom poms, cake stands and an even larger assortment of backdrops 🙂

It’s unbelievable how quickly your baby grows, but photos…. they keep that memory alive for you forever. How tiny they were. How tiny their fingers were and their toes….I love that I can give parents an opportunity to keep time still. I really love that I do and that I have parents who trust me with their babies and to mold them into the cute poses they’re wanting.
The Teshome family brought in their little man after he was just a couple of weeks old. Their booked photographer had contact with someone with covid and they were needing a last minute photographer. * luckily, I had an opening and I’m so glad! This little guy was just perfection.

The duplantis family brought in their sweet little man for his newborn session and I’m so glad. He was the sleepiest baby for me and such a handsome little man. I was able to photograph him in utero just a few months ago and it’s no wonder he’s such a cute baby because his parents look great! They’re also such sweet and kind people. I also love that they weren’t scared to ask for setups with color. They asked for light blues, grey, yellow, cream and reds. You can’t get any more variety than that! 🙂
