Addie’s 7 month Portraits | San Antonio Baby Photographer | Krystal Garcia Photography

I had some new outfits in my studio (They’re available for clients as well) and miss Addie came in to model them for me. She is a doll! and is booked for her whole year session with me! Newborn Portraits, 3 month, 6 month, 9 month and cake smash and we just did her 6 month pictures a month ago. She is the sweetest girl and I loved that she was able to come in! We got her more serious side this time but we did manage to crack a few smiles from her 🙂 Luckily, I this she looks like a doll with or without her smile!

Erinrae’s Birthday Portraits | San Antonio child photographer | Krystal Garcia Photography

I first met Jessica (Erinrae’s momma) when I discovered what an amazing hair/color stylist she is (look up The Colour Room and see why I’m so amazed!) and she started coloring my hair and I am so glad she chose me to update their family pictures and here we are months and months later and now we’re doing her daughter’s birthday portraits! Erinrae is a doll and so much fun. I basically could say anything totally weird and silly and she would just bust out into the cutest laughter! Her mom went with the cutest theme with florals and cactus and a young wild and three idea. Everything was perfection, even down to her adorable shoes and floral crown! We also did a tea party setup and some cute and classic pictures with a white picket fence/garden backdrop. She’s cute in every setup!

Happy Birthday Erinrae, I’m so glad your mom brought you in for your 3rd birthday portraits!!

Gideon’s 6 Month Portraits | San Antonio Baby Photographer | Krystal Garcia Photography

Mr Gideon came in to the studio for his 6 month session and was the cutest, chunkiest guy. (check out this big blue eyes and amazing red hair! He was also sooooo happy.. making it hard to *stop* taking his pictures. I couldn’t get enough of him! We did some pictures of him playing with his mommy and nursing pictures (don’t we all wish we looked as amazing as this momma!) and I have way too many favorites 🙂 Even with all of the outfit changes and prop changes, he continued to show up his toothy smiles 🙂 Im so glad this family found me and chose me to be their San Antonio Photographer!!

Mireles Valentine’s Day Dance | San Antonio Photographer

This year I was asked to be the photographer for the Mireles Elementary school dance and while I normally don’t photograph events, I quickly decided to volunteer my time. My oldest went to Mireles and my daughter currently goes there 🙂 Mireles is an amazing school and we have always loved every event and the staff and teachers! I had so much fun seeing all of the adorable children dressed up and the families that jumped in for pictures with their kids 🙂

I am so thrilled every time I get to work with the Edwards family. You can’t ask for a sweeter family to work with! Not only are the parents amazing but their kids are so stinkin’ cute! Miss Caris has been in front of my camera 3 times since she’s been born and she just gets even cuter every time I see her (Didn’t think that was possible!). She is a Valentine’s day baby, so naturally, her mama asked for Valentine’s day setups! She didn’t make us work too hard for smiles and her smile could melt anyone. We started off her session with a Valentine’s Day Backdrop and then the cute pink damask backdrop and ended it with a messy cake smash (boy didn’t she have fun with her cake!). I had to take a picture of her crying when her cake fell (I’d cry too)

Storrie Maternity Session | San Antonio Maternity Photographer | Krystal Garcia Photography

The Storrie family have been clients of mine for over 7 year.. 7 years you guys!! They are the sweetest couple and most patient and loving parents and I am so happy that they are now expecting a new baby! You can see the love they have for each other and for their son! Ashley looks beautiful… absolutely stunning and she picked the best outfits and coordinated everything perfectly! She did borrow a baby blue dress that I provide for clients (did you know that I provide gowns for clients?). We chose a location with simple fields (big hills in the back are a bonus) and we were blessed with the most gorgeous Texas skies.. and gorgeous sunsets. Big brother loved cuddling and kissing with his mom (and baby). I am so glad this amazing family once again chose me to be their San Antonio maternity photographer. I can’t wait to photograph their newborn soon! He’ll be here before we know it!

How cute is this sweet girl! For each studio session, (6 months and older) I bring out my backdrops and have parents select the backdrops that fit their style and match their childs outfits. This is something I do simply because I want to give my clients options. These are going to be photos that are hung up in their house, displayed for everyone and they are going to be passed down for decades (may even make it on their child’s high school yearbook haha) and I want it perfect. This little lady brought in some adorable outfits and her parents and I scoured through all of the options and found 3 perfect ones for her. How cute is she?? 🙂 I’m so glad this family chose me to be their san antonio family photographer! I’ll actually be seeing her again in 6 months for her cake smash session!

I have been so honored to be Addison’s photographer.. so far, since she has been born, I have photographed her 3 times! She is a real life doll and so cute and gorgeous. I am so happy to have a blog post where I show you a bit of my studio! I’m often asked If I provide all props for newborn session and the answer is yesssssss!! I have a ton of items!

Krystal Garcia Photography has a beautiful studio light studio that has a warm and welcoming environment for newborns (and families). The studio is stocked with wraps, hats, bonnets, headbands and baskets for newborns and babies. I believe in carefully picking props that are going to be timeless when photographed with your baby (and totally comfy for them). These props are meant to add to the beauty of your baby and not to distract from them. I own a very large collection of props, outfits and head pieces for baby. Items- and a sample of what i have, can be seen ****here- **

My Home studio is located in San Antonio, Tx. (Located in Alamo Ranch, near 1604 & Culebra)

Here are a few photos of the studio (props such as kid chairs, crates additional baskets and buckets for babies etc aren’t included in these pictures since I have a separate storage space to hold everything. It’s shelves and shelves of everything including the maternity dresses I have)

Babies lay on this huge posing bean bag that is super soft and provides an area to allow me to pose your precious baby into these poses (just like the princess below)! 🙂

My baby… I shoot my studio sessions with a Nikon D4 and a 35mm 1.4g lens 🙂

Little Demetrius was a HAM and a half! I could have photographed this little guy even longer and I’m positive that he would have been smiling the whole time! His mom brought in his adorable outfits, balloons, cake and hats and I provided the backdrops and props!! His Guchi theme was so cute!
