There is something so special about a studio maternity session that feels elegant, joyful, and completely centered around celebrating motherhood. This gorgeous mama was an absolute dream to photograph. She came in with the best energy, the biggest smiles, and such a sweet, easygoing personality. She was truly up for anything, which always allows us to create a beautiful variety of portraits during a maternity photoshoot.
This session was extra meaningful because her sister, who was a previous maternity client of mine, helped book this petite maternity session for her. I always love when past clients send their family and friends my way. For this studio maternity photoshoot, we used one of my soft blue designer gowns paired with a coordinating blue backdrop. The combination was absolutely stunning. The light blue tulle gown gave the portraits a dreamy, feminine, and high-end feel, while the blue backdrop kept everything polished and timeless.
