*Mini sessions feature a simpler setup with the baby on a posing blanket, and no use of props like buckets or baskets. Baby will stay in a diaper.
FULL Newborn

- 2-3 hour studio session
- 30 digital images (also edited in B&W)
- Up to 4 color choices
- 12-14 setups
- Access to all props (hats, bows, outfits, buckets, wraps, etc.)
- Includes parents and siblings at no extra cost
- Online gallery for 2 weeks for printing and downloading
$600 + TAX

Newborn + MATERNITY

- 1-hour maternity session
- Full newborn session

DIGITAL IMAGES
- Digital images are included with all sessions at no extra cost.
- You’ll receive a download link 2 weeks after your session. All images are high-resolution and fully edited.
- Galleries are available for 2 weeks for downloading and sharing. A $40 fee applies to extend gallery access for an additional 2 weeks.
- Need your photos sooner? An expedited service is available for $100, with a 2 business-day turnaround.
BOOKING A PACKAGE
- Retainers are required for each session in a package. The balance is divided between sessions with the discount applied at booking.
- Rescheduling Fee: $45. Sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to attend a session forfeits the retainer. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 6 months.
- Retainers: $150 for Milestone sessions, $200 for Newborn, Maternity, and Family sessions.
- Travel Fee: $40 for locations over 20 miles from 78253; further distances are calculated individually.
- Weekend/Holiday Fee: $75 (Federal holidays included).
- Extra Hour: $100
- Sales Tax: 8.25%
HOW TO BOOK
- Fill out a contact form. I’ll respond within 24 hours. After selecting a session date, a retainer is required to secure your booking.
STUDIO AND SESSIONS
- Receiving Images: A download link will be emailed within 14 days. Images are available for personal printing and sharing.
- Watermark: Delivered images do not have a logo; logos are used only on my website and social media.
- Choosing a Location: I offer a range of locations and can help select one based on your style and preferences.
- Maternity Portraits: Best between 28-34 weeks. Earlier sessions are possible if needed.
- Session Hours: Newborn sessions are typically scheduled in the morning during weekdays. Other sessions can be booked on weekends or weekdays, subject to availability.
- Maternity Clothes: I provide gowns for studio sessions or you can use your own clothing. Options include full use of my gowns or a mix of both.
- Newborn Booking: It’s best to book during your second trimester, but contact me for availability if your baby has already arrived.
- Newborn Timing: Ideal for ages 5-12 days for flexibility and sleepiness, but older babies can be accommodated with some adjustments.
- Studio Cleanliness: The studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between sessions. I use antibacterial products continuously to maintain a safe environment.
- Props: I provide all props for newborn sessions and have various backdrops for other sessions. For cake smashes, I provide backdrops, props, and stands; you supply the cake and any special themed items.
ADDITIONAL INFO
- All session retainers and products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All entrance fees are the client’s responsibility.
- Mini sessions cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
